Carolyn Chrisman is a native of Kirksville and is well versed in all that the community has to offer. Though relatively new to economic development, through her education, work experience and community involvement, Carolyn has the skills and energy needed to assist any economic development idea. Carolyn spent several years teaching in the public school district and served on the Kirksville City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Kirksville Downtown Improvement Committee. Her knowledge of the city, the people, the industries and the workforce will help anyone who is trying to locate to the Smartest City in Rural America.
